Labor Day Marathon and "Kissing Booth"

TNT will be hosting an eight-hour Bones marathon starting at noon on Labor Day. Then, September 20 through October 1, they will be featuring what they call "Kissing Booth." Anyone intrigued?

The episodes set to air during the Labor Day Marathon will include "The Woman in the Car," "The Man in the Fallout Shelter," "A Boy in the Bush" and "The Man in the Morgue" (Season 1); "The Headless Witch in the Woods" (Season 2); "The Mummy in the Maze" (Season 3); and "The Hero in the Hold" and "Cinderella in the Cardboard" (Season 4).

The "Kissing Booth" episodes are described as "a collection of more than 20 episodes of Bones that showcase the romantic chemistry and flirtatious banter between the two lead characters." These will be airing Monday-Friday at 7 p.m. (ET/PT).

Stand Up To Cancer Promo

 The Stand Up To Cancer event now has a couple promos out. It's great to hear that Emily Deschanel will be joining David Boreanaz to represent Bones, Fox, and, most importantly, their friends and family fighting cancer. The event is set to air on major networks on September 10 and is raising money for cancer research. Find out more about it here.

You know you want to say it (just like the Fox voice-over dude says it): ''Bohhhhhnnnnzzzzz.'' Yes, folks, Bones star Emily Deschanel has won her second consecutive EWwy for Best Actress in a Drama, this year destroying the competition with 56.2 percent of the vote. Katey Sagal from Sons of Anarchy was a clear runner-up, with 27.6 percent, and was followed home by Regina King (Southland), Anna Gunn (Breaking Bad), and Khandi Alexander (Treme).

Kathy Reichs and family

Kathy Reichs and her children, all writers, have done an interview for a Charlotte, NC radio station.

Kathy Reichs is a bestselling novelist many times over. Add to that distinction credits as a screenwriter, television producer and much sought after Forensic Anthropologist. Now she has a new distinction; the matriarch of what is quickly becoming a literary family. Her daughter, Kerry, is the author of two books and now Kathy has teamed with her son Brendan to write a new series for young adults called Virals. Kathy comes back to visit, but this time she is joined by the other writers in this literary family. The Reichs join us to talk about writing, collaborating and togetherness.
