I went to beyond-bickering.net and it says this was from a Fox photo shoot. There's also a beautiful shot of Emily on that site, too, so I guess these are the first promo pics for this year :)

He is absolutely amazingly gorgeously HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How does he manage to stay so incredibly hot after all this time, most young actors are good-looking at first but then that sort of fizzles out. But this guy just defies all odds! When I first saw him in the first episode of Buffy I was like 'WOW! *drool*'.
If I had my way, he'd walk around in either a crimson shirt or no shirt at all and black leather trousers! - YUMMY!!! I really think David should incorporate more black leather into his wardrobe. ;D
