There is a scene where Booth is with Cam and he's playing with a poker chip. Can you name the episode?If it's not the one I'm aware of, I may ask for proof! I *think* he's playing with one on "The Titan on the Tracks", when he's asking Cam why she took the job at the Jeffersonian...
Hah, I may regret asking this question due to all the watching it will take to determine the winner! But then, hey, it *is* Bones watching involved...=)
Can you guys offer some form of proof, or at least tell me the approximate time of the scene in your episode guess? No one has so far guessed the episode that I *know* has such a scene.
The scene I'm talking about is 2x01 (I guess you know that, lol) at about 27' to about 30'.
I'm guessing 'Woman in the Sand'?
I wanna say ' Judas on a Pole', but that's just a gut feeling.
So I watched the scene that I had in mind, but I'm not sure if that really counts. Just before Booth and Cam have the "I'm with Bones"- conversation, he sits in the autopsy room next to a stainless steal table and pics something up. I thought it was the poker chip, but it could also be a coin.
I think I shot my self in the foot with this question, for reals! Hah. Get your guesses in now. I think I'm going to have to start with Titan in the Tracks and zoom through to every Booth/Cam scene! =)

Ok, last try from me. Re-thinking the scene I had in mind ("She can't go places alone when it's open season on Brennans!") I guess he's calling Brennan on the cell during that scene, hence no chip playing. I thought of another one from The Blonde in the Game where he is asking Cam to allow Angela to go and talk to Epp's wife. I believe he's playing with it there.
I know it was supposed to be harder on *us*...
I just thought I could give the subject a little perspective even if only for a few seconds ;)

How the hell am I supposed to remember one poker chip - any scene with Booth in it usually has me looking at his (incredibly handsome) face!

To get into the game, I started thinking about scenes I remember Booth's wonderful self talking to Cam in which there was a *chance* he'd be playing with a poker chip.
Well, it gave me an excuse (as if I needed any) to check those scenes out!
I have to say, I was pretty angry when Cam first arrived and sort of crash landed in Booth's bed. I hated her then.
I was like 'wtf you doing you stupid woman! Its Booth&Brennan!' Though at the beginning of the episode when Booth was in bed with Rebecca and Brennan called I thought 'haha, in your face!'
I sorta fell asleep *really* early last night. I will resolve this ASAP!
I checked the scene I thought of last night, and it's not that one, so I'm withdrawing myself from the competition!
I also checked cordy's suggestion, and it does seem that he picks something coin shaped up from the counter. I can only assume it's his poker chip, but I don't think we ever really see him playing with it.
Okay well Milky's is out. It's not Titan. I can clearly see (thanks to my big view widescreen monitor) that he's got his ZIPPO there, not his chip.
On to the next!
I've watched Cordy's now...I think it's a coin but I'm not sure either. May take me all week to call this one =)
Jeannie, he's playing with it earlier in the episode but in the short scene where he's walking with Cam we only see his right hand one time and I can't see if he's holding anything or not. But for most of the scene he has his hands in his pockets.
I'll check more tomorrow =)
Too bad. Wait - I am totally convinced he is playing with it IN HIS POCKETS!!! Does that count? Just kidding. ;-)

Thanks! I just had a Season Three Marathon. I caught it as I was going through them. It was tough.
