Bones is getting bumped this week for a speech from President Bush. So...one extra week to new Bones. But, they doesn't just push back the schedule of all the episodes, they will be airing 2 Bones episodes January 22nd instead - both Double Trouble in the Panhandle and The Hero in the Hold.

oh crap, so Hero is up against Greys
*ouch*
And I'll miss both of them since I'll be out of the country. Argh.
Why are they airing the Bush speech on a week night? Wouldn't a Sunday night be better since more people are at home?
Oh, and there are clips on Fox.com for Double Trouble!!!
I know! Working on getting them here :) Be about an hour.
Presidential speeches are usually on weeknights - people here don't watch much weekend TV unless it's football.
Oh s***. Is this a spontaneous speech? I can't believe that Fox didn't knew about this.
I cannot believe they wait 'til 2 days before to spill this news. Unbelievable. I'm so annoyed. How this is good for ratings, I'll never know. These gaps between episodes are insane as it is, in my opinion.
I'm not in the US, so I don't know - will all the networks cover the same speeches? i.e. have them on at the same time?
Yes, they will.
Thanks Wendy, they do that here too.
I feel so robbed :(
Who actually gives a crap what President Bush has to say? You're done.... Goodbye. Adios. Adieu. But don't mess up BONES you jerk!
just bring me obama and go away bush! no one likes you! AND UR MESSING UP MY BONES NIGHT!!!
OMG THIS IS TERRIBLE. Not only have they ruined my week (def been looking forward to a new bones!) .. but Grey's, 30 Rock, and The Office all at once?!??
Clearly, Bones preempts my Grey's/Office/30Rock watching... but this is a terrible start for the Thursday time slot. Bones is OBVIOUSLY the best show on television (IMHO), BUT it's going to have a really hard time against those three shows, and it definitely makes TV watching difficult for those of us with pre-programmed DVRs that can only handle two shows at once :(
just an fyi for all bones and greys lovers...abc.com has shows that you can watch online like 5 minutes after the show ends but fox doesn't post shows till a week after the airing so if you have to watch bones and record greys or if you dont have a recorder you can go online right after the show is over to watch it...i do a lot of juggling with my shows and im takin night classes right now so it really screws up all my shows....ugh
