Behind the scenes of David Boreanaz directing Bones

Fox has put up a short but cute video of David Boreanaz directing Bones. It's a behind the scenes look, with plenty of comments from his cast-mates about what it was like. Enjoy!

Ah, cute. Seems like they all enjoyed working with him a lot. I wonder if we'll be able to tell the difference in directing from the episode?
Side note: Emily looked stunning. I always like her best when she wears similiar clothes like I do. ;-)

But I think I caught a glance of my least favorite intern, too. Argh. Him again.

Sorry, I really need to gather my thoughts before hitting "send". ;-)

David seemed to be really serious about his directing, too. That must have been quite a work load - directing plus acting.

I hope this is on the season 5 DVD, they have some cute stuff to put on it like the behind the scenes for the circus episode.

Jeannie, I agree. Emily truly looked amazing. Though I have to disagree on the intern. I do love Mr. Nigel-Murray and (Cam's reaction to) his trivia

Not to sound like a broken record but I concur: Cute Vid!

I wonder what it's like to frame a shot perfectly and then have to insert yourself into it. But he seems to be having a blast and he sounds really professional and they all seem to be enjoying it, so, in summary: Yay cast, yay David, yay Bones!!

Yeah, he looks so professional! It's so cool to see him all director-ish - it'd be awesome if he went on to direct his own show/film!

You wouldn't be upset, Shep, to not have him in FRONT of the camera? :)

Of course I would!
But he could always do a Clint Eastwood and star in them as well - the guy's got talent! I'd just love to hear his name being said by the voice-over guy in those trailers: 'From director David Boreanaz...' - it has a ring to it!

Cute vid. I like that the whole team had really nice things to say about him directing, seems he did a good job (but we never had doubts about this). Emily even predicted him a second career as a director. And I must say he looks like a real pro.

And I have one question. Is it true, that the canadians once again will get lucky to see the episode earlier, because it will air on wednesday? Wich for me isn't a bad thing at all, because it means I myself will get to see it a day earlier. Just want to know.

I loved the part where Emily said she teased him about how she wasn't gonna listen to him and give him crap the entire time. I remember reading or seeing an interview with Emily back when her dad directed an episode where she said she's normally hard on directors, so I was hoping to hear a little about what it was like with David directing her.

I love Cam's reaction to Mr. Nigel-Murray, too. He's actually my second favorite intern, after Wendell. Though he'd probably be a lot to take every week. Thanks for the video!

No way! There's a guy in the background with an A's hat. You never see that outside of NorCal. My three favorite things...DB, Bones, and the A's! Perfect!
