Name the episode where Booth effectively calls Brennan 'babe' in conversation with her. This isn't a 'yes' you're attractive, etc. This is him talking to her and he uses 'babe' where he might normally have said 'Bones.'Apologies if there is more than one but, to my knowledge, this only occurs in one episode.

Everyone beat me to this but it was the scene in Harbinger in the Fountain right after Brennan was stabbed.
In KitC, Booth says something to the effect of "Cement head goes to jail and Ice Pick out on bail, babe."

Ok, I just listed to the scene after Brennan gets stabbed in The Harbinger in the Fountain and I cannot hear the word 'babe'...although the sound is not great on my computer. What is the last line he actually says in that scene??

In Harbingers, right before the scene cuts off for commercial break
one of the things that Booth says to Brennan after she's been stabbed is something like I'm right here baby ( or babe) I can't check for sure what the phrase was ,cause that is the ONE episode that my TiVo deleted by accident LOL, but it's there I watched it many times before it was deleted

Hodgins called Brennan baby 3x as I remembered, S1 - The Man in the Morgue, S2 and S3 - Intern in the Incinerator.
Guess I have to watch KitC again can´t remember hearing Booth say it

I just noticed another occurrence (although he says 'baby' not 'babe') in The Superhero in the Alley:
Bones: Go back and arrest him.
Booth: It’s not enough. Okay, for that we need something just a little bit more real.
Bones: Evidence.
Booth: Cold hard facts, baby.
