Jamie Frevele, who often promotes Bones and Eric Millegan on Huffington Post, has admitted her love for this season in her latest piece. Her pieces are always great, and the Bones love, even when it does suck, shines through.

It's the first time I see a journalist saying things exactly the way I feel about them! What surprised me is that she uses the same expression I do about it,as I had written in another comment:"Bones is back".And I completely agree with this:
"Because "Bones" is back. It's different from the show I first fell in love with, but it's back."
Exactly.Seasons 1 and 2,especially 2,and the pre-strike part of 3 plus Verdict are still special to me,and I don't think Season 2 will ever stop being the best season for me.And the loss of Zack,as a character and Eric,as an actor,is still important for me,as well.Yes,Bones isn't going to be the same again after "Pain in the Heart" for me.But yes...it's back!
Season 4 sucked for me,too.With only a few exceptions that could be counted with the fingers of one hand,the rest of the episodes felt from slightly to veeeery off.

After the season's finale,I was on the verge of stopping watching.I didn't...and I'm glad!Season 5 still has some "wth?" moments,but it feels like it's "Bones" again.As Jamie said...a slightly different "Bones",but "Bones" nonetheless. (:p Does that make sense?)
p.sAnd I have a feeling my thoughts about it all will get even better after this weeks epi! :p Hehe at least I hope so!
