King of the Lab - Trivia

How many episodes can you name where the team have utilized information from MySpace as evidence for a case?

You might want to keep your list close to the vest at first, or you might want to work together. The person or persons who can name the most (building on someone else's lists is fine) wins. You can't just put two people's lists together though and call it yours. You have to have your own new contribution as well for credit!

I thought that in Girl in the Gator it was a website that this Monty guy had,not a MySpace...

Kinda off topic,but...this just reminded me of..."getting caught up in a pornado" !! ;) lol

They also looked at the "manny's" MySpace site in The Bone that Blew.

Wannabe in the Weeds
Glowing Bones in the Old Stone House
Girl in the Gator (I thought they used the girl's in that one, not Monty's, but I could be wrong...)
The Bone that Blew (the manny's)

That's all I can remember!

Oops, didn't see Jeannie's when I posted... sorry!

Don't worry, emjay, I guess I posted while you were typing your comment so there's no way you could have seen mine. Hope I didn't cost you the win.

Hey, no worries, Jeannie! It's all about teamwork. We Bones fans can't be too competitive about the show we love. =)

It's actually funny that I even remembered they mentioned MySpace on The Bone that Blew. I just watched it this weekend, and I remember thinking that it was odd for the type of character that they created (sort of closed off to his past) to have a MySpace page.

@em-jay
Oh,you might be right,I remember the girl's best friend saying she had uploaded some of their photos in her "personal webpage".But I think they showed Monty's website too...you know, with the whole "over-18" and signatures issue about posting the girls' pics...Monty asking his assistant to get the girl's pic off the site as soon as he found out she was dead...
@Jeannie
Wow,congrats,I would never have thought of Bone that Blew!

Go team!

I completely agree! I only watched Bone that Blew once but it struck me as odd at that time that it was a funny way to hide with a public MySpace page, so that's how I remembered.

Wendy hasn't announced a final answer, so maybe Girl in the Gator didn't have any MySpace in it, or we're still missing one? Anybody else remember other episodes?

Wendy said...

I could let you stew but.... I just hadn't had time yet. :)

I think Jeannie and Em-Jay should share it. You typed your hard-to-remember addition at nearly the same time and you would both tell me that the other should have it anyway!

em-jay said...

Ha! And I was sure that you were sitting there giggling at us for that one last missing episode! Despite what we'd all like, you have other responsibilities besides this website...so that's a valid reason. But we know you like to trick us sometimes, just to keep us on our toes.

Jeannie beat me by a minute, fair and square--get that girl her crown! =)

Speaking of Trivia...does anyone know if Brennan ever called Booth 'Seely' in an episode, other than when she called him 'Sir Seeley' (and he called her 'Lady Temperance') in part 2 of Yanks in the UK? I don't know the answer, but am curious because I cannot think of another time...

Kate said...

I don't think so. She seems far more reticent to use his first name than he does hers. (Not that he's calling her Temperance every episode or anything.)

Cheryl said...

Can't recall her calling him Seeley outside of YITUK. 'sides, Seeley hates being called by his first name.

I don't remember Brennan ever calling him Seely either. Though I did just watch a rerun, I think it was the He in the She, where Booth comments to Brennan in the car something to the effect that the wife didn't love her husband because she didn't refer to him as her husband or by his proper name. Bones then said something like, "I call you Booth but that doesn't mean I don't like you." Booth replied, "yeah but we're not married...and I hate my first name."

That's not the exact dialogue, obviously, but it highlights the fact that she never calls him by his first name.

The scene you are referring to in HitS goes like this:

BOOTH: No, no, no, before that. I mean, she only called him by his given name or referred to him as Ryan's father. Never, you know, "my husband."

BRENNAN: I call you "Booth," and I like you just fine.

BOOTH: Thank you, but we're not married. One angry father might be dead, but, uh, maybe there are more.

I don't recall Booth ever saying that he hates his name, although I suppose that could be inferred by the past "don't call me Seeley" comments...
