Watching these last episodes have been so hard and reminds me why I don't watch much television. I only watch one or two television shows because they distract me from life's daily tragedy that has become the news. This show gives me a chance to use my brain to think and my heart to feel, which is rare with any television show.

As much as I don't want to see Booth with anyone else, I am hopeful that as he sees others, he will continue to realize he loves Bones, even if it takes a season. We've waited this long...

And hopefully Bones will realize what she will be missing by not having "all" of Booth's attention anymore and that she finally realizes all of the "lessons" Booth has taught her over the years about love and life and that she will be able to trust him and that he won't "leave her".

My last wish, hopefully, someday, is that the writers will realize that it is possible to have a couple actualy have a relationship and work together too, as many, many couples have done successfully throughout history. Why not have them both work out of the Jeffersonian doing the same thing without all of the restrictions of the FBI? These two have it togther enough to put work where work belongs and relationship where it belongs. How about it Mr. Hanson? Think your writing team can work with that?

That makes it sound like they are going to drag out Booth attempting to move on all through next Season 2. I hope not! Ugh.

You're right. Who would want them to drag it out a whole season? But the writers have dragged it out for five seasons already. We at least know one half of the story for now. It would be a little interesting to see Bones finally see the light bulb go off with maybe a little help from her friends...all conjecture of course, but an interesting story line. They said next season would be totally different.... :) But you're right, they do then to drag these things out... :(

i think Booth should move on - maybe get his own show! wouldn't that be cool?

they can find another fbi agent for Bones to work with. or not.

Ugh, they better not drag things out too long into season six. Even I, the biggest of shippers, might not last that long.

This comment by Nathan is exactly why I am very wary that the season finale they are hyping as "good" will really be good. I have a bad feeling it is not going to be good--how can it be--it is supposed to be a cliffhanger to get us all to watch again in the fall??!! They have said before that they will keep B&B apart as long as they can. Will we watch this play out ALL of season 6 without a big "payoff"? I'm not sure. I don't think I would, but the writers have been very clever so far...I'm a little disappointed right now, losing hope, but I will keep watching which is exactly what they want. So, I guess it's working for now...sigh...
