Cullen. I want him back. He gave Booth accountability and provided a strong foundation for the FBI side of this partnership. I enjoy Sweets, but it's not the same.

Sully! (please come baaaaack)

He was such a fantastically developed character and I loved both his romantic relationship ha had with Brennan and the friendship he had with Booth.

Just to say I am constantly impressed with the high level of casting in all the non-recurring roles -- and the "occasionally recurring" roles, like Oliver and Michelle. These performers make an impression with very little screen time, enough so that I regularly look the actors up on IMDB for more information about what else they have done.

^^ I often look them up on IMDB as well!!!

Ahhh! I hated Sully, I really did. Not because he was supposed to be an obstacle for BB but because I found him gross and unstable. Remember how the food kept falling out of his mouth when he talked? And how he didn't shower? EWWW!

For me, it was the preacher's son in "The He in the She". What an impressive character.

What?! Well then.... I guess this is the end of the friendship we never had. ;)

I kind of found those parts of him endearing but I can see why it comes across as gross.

Oooooh the preachers son was a great character. & Wendy I really liked Cullen as well.

Agree we need Cullen or Dr. Goodman-type character. Both provided the right touch of gravitas with a bit of humor.

I miss Cullen as well. Booth needs more people who Booth looks up to or answers to: like Cullen and Pops.

Ergo I throw in Pops as a great guest character.

Gordon Gordon without a doubt...

Cullen was nice and I really miss Oliver, Bones' friendly stalker. But there has been an appalling lack of Marcus Geier, FBI forensic tech this season. Not even one shot in season five? What the heck? Did he poison someone's coffee?

^^ I have stated on multiple occasions that Marcus Geier is the tv character that I believe I am most like. I also greatly enjoyed Neil, the hippie/stalker from Secret in the Soil and Man in the Outhouse.

I would have to say Gordon-Gordon too! I loved every single episode he was in...
I'd like to see him back during season 6!

Gordon Gordon, even though he wasn't always "spot on".

Cullen. Agreed that Booth needs both accountability and someone to look up to/respect at the FBI.

Goodman. Cam is okay, but she's not an administrator. I believe she only there so they can incorporate "the flesh" in more cases. She's a coroner, after all. Goodman was a respected authority figure and brought the archaeologist's view to cases when needed.

I would much prefer to see authority-type figures than the rotating interns. I know we can't replace Zach, but I would like to see more stability in the intern position.

Akso, he was only on one episode, but the japanese man that Booth met on his exchange was a good character. I feel like we could learn more about Booth through him.

Gordon Gordon
Epps
Gravedigger
Sully
Pops (I loved him as Mr. Walton too!)

Since there obviously not going to give Booth a girlfriend, I want TESSA to come back and be Booth's lover. That would be fun for me.

perhaps this is because, for some reason, i've seen this episode like 10 times in the past few weeks or perhaps because it's somewhat based on from where I grew up (West Virginia), it's hard to find many television episodes that have three so well-crafted and memorable single-episode characters as:

Melvin Gallagher
Clark Lightner
Hugh Kennedy

I especially like Gallagher as he really would fit in back in WV. And Hugh Kennedy -- amazing. I would love to see Tom Everett reprise Icepick soon on Bones.

All three of them have some sense of class and honor even given their profession -- especially kennedy who i though was a perfect counterpart of max.

I really like Russ and his girlfriend/ "daughters". I like how they show Bones how a family is committed to each other. Plus, she is Autie Temperance!

sully! i know bbshippers dint like him. and i didnt like any other guys that bones dated, but he was such a good guy! sigh what i would give to have him back again. even just for a visit.
him and booth as friends was such a good thing too. i mean booth was jealous, but less jealous than he was with all the other guys she dated.
whatever anyone thinks i want sully back. even if they dont stay together, just at least one episode where they reunite. and they were such a cute couple!
