Lie to Me is back on as well as Burn Notice! Also Leverage will be on soon & in early July... PSYCH! I love Psych always good for a laugh! That's what I am watching... I did watch the Pilot for Persons Unknown seems interesting gonna scan through some new shows but the summer has been pretty busy for me so it may be a while before I get a chance to watch anything!

I just finished watching Firefly on DVD and am now on board that this show should never had been cancelled! Next, I plan to start Castle, as I think I may be the only Bones fan not watching this:)

On TV, I'm totally into the new series of Dr. Who!!! Loving Matt Smith!

I've started Castle, it's good (but really not as good as Bones, lots of things are taken from Bones in my opinion) but during the hiatus, it's good, i watched season 1 and i'm season 2 ep 10!
But then july ang august i have a lot of things to do, so i may not have time for another show!

I'm going to watch some new shows. Heard good things about The Good Wife so looking forward to watching the first season of that. Also keen to check out True Blood as a few of my friends are absolutely obsessed with that show.

Oh and I can't wait for the new season of Mad Men! **LOVE** that show.

I've also started Castle, I think it's good, though kind of... predictable, I guess.
I'm also going to watch some House episodes that I missed this season, I watched the finale and LOVED it!
Oh, and if I have the time I'll watch NCIS, I 've seen 3 seasons, I think...

Bones...the early years...when episodes were filled with longing looks and hope rather than sadness and angst.
(Don't get me wrong, I'm still watching and I do see the progress. But I still feel quite depressed when I think about where Booth and Brennan left off for four months--or a year--whatever.)
Castle is probably as close to Bones as any current show on TV, but it's a distant second imho.

i'm working on the next project.

i did castle in like 2 weeks. it's fun, but light, kind of like beach reading.

after that i did fringe, which, i found, i really enjoyed. not as well acted as bones (though john noble, blair brown, and anna torv are excellent) -- but a well-crafted show.

burn notice. what i'm watching right now. what a nice show.

i'm leaning toward either psych or the mentalist next.

I just finished Fringe, which I really enjoyed, and am starting Castle now. Also on my list for the summer/the next year: The last season and a half of Supernatural plus Friday Night Lights, LOST, Alias, Dark Angel, Lie to Me, Roswell, West Wing, Life on Mars, Six Feet Under, Life, Joan of Arcadia and Dollhouse. I've been collecting recs all year and now's my time to start in on them, even if I'll never get around to it all.

Ditto on the kudos for Firefly and Leverage. Also, I caught the Pilot of “The Good Guys” (Monday, 9 p.m., Fox) a few weeks ago, and thought it was pretty hilarious (also glad to see Bradley Whitford working again) - need to catch up on eps that have aired since.

Definitely Eureka and @ Chillip, The Mentalist is really good.
I've dipped in and out of Lie to Me and seen a couple of Castle ep's but I haven't felt the need to watch the whole thing yet.
Am currently rewatching all 7 series of Buffy! Up to season 5 at the mo and I'd forgotten how cheesy yet pretty good most of it was!

1. Moonlight (if you are looking for a deep and sad love story)
2. NCIS (for all investigation nuts)
3. House (witty)
4. Castle (a combination of both)
5. The mentalist (different approach to police work)
6. The good guys (fun time)

I've been watching at a few shows, but really it's just the same ones I regularly watch. Nothing that sucks me in.

Mainly I spend my summers reading as many books as I can, and then I watch TV through the fall.

I got into Justified, but the season is over now. Good Guys is hilarious. Burn Notice, In Plain Sight, Three Rivers, and of course I still watch reruns of Bones even though I have the DVD's. I'm getting caught up on NCIS as I don't usually watch during regular season. I agree that summer is a good time to read.

I try to catch all the Bones episodes in syndication on TNT and "Bones weekends" on other cable channels. I also occasionally torture myself by watching "The Beginning in the End," specifically the last few scenes. Sometimes I feel hopeful for next season, but other times I am quite despondent because the couple in the case are so reminiscent of B/B when the woman says something about how she loved him but it wasn't enough . . . sigh . . .

last summer I spend all my time rewatching bones. and again. and again. So now I've remembered almost every ep, I've started some other series.. I've never watched LOST, so that's a new project;) and Glee is also very fun! Not bones-like, but I need a bit of change sometimes;) Ofcourse, season 5 of Bones I'm going to watch again and again, but I think Lost is also very interesting (pilot being eaten by a vicious creeature? Gotta know more!)

Going for Royal Pains and Drop Dead Diva. Two light shows that are't causing angst right now. Will probably follow Castle and Mentalist and watch NCIS with husband who has probably seen every episode at least once and is now on to NCIS Los Angeles. I rarely watch television so this is all usually done "On Demand" at some odd hour or background for the treadmill. Bones is the only show I make time for.
