Honestly his 'I do have a gun in England' comment should have been enough to let her know he wasn't just being protective, if he didn't have romantic feelings for her, he would want her to be happy with another guy who obviously liked her in that way.

so finally i had a chance to see this somewhere else, bad quality though, but I think I got the impotant things.

Anyone else here who thinks that Brennan was a bit dissapointed about Booths reaction after she brushed Ian off? I would like to think that for her considering Booths feelings in a personal decision about a potential sexual playmate was a really HUGE step (character development). And she expected Booth to acknowledge this and maybe expected him to make a step towards her as well.

I hope I could make myself clear and my babble makes any sense.

I agree that this looks like the end of the first part (remember HH said that he had to make it like two separate episodes?).

I love the 'I do have a gun in England ... its a James Bond gun' and the smug look he tries to keep off his face when she comes back He is so jealous - I love protective, jealous Booth! We all know his idea of 'helping her pick out a guy' is shooting everyone who tries to get within a yard of her - he's just too noble to admit it.
ARRRGH - why are they both so blind that they wouldn't see the attraction they have towards each other even if it danced in front of their faces wearing a tutu and a big arrow on it's head?!! Hell, everyone else knows!

OK, maybe that's going a bit far but they should really just take a chance and admit their feelings. I swear when the day comes when Brennan and Booth have a proper, romantic, non-forced kiss of their own accord and start their romantic relationship I'm gonna have a party! And what the heck - you're all invited!! :)

I think it could be the end, if perhaps the butler is covering for the real killer. I don't know. It definitely has the vibe of an end-of-episode diner scene.

What I DO know is Ian's pick up line is terrible. Seriously, I'm all about driving a car that's nicely broken in and tuned up, but one that has well over 300,000 miles? Well, the fun's over when you're worried about the safety of the situation.

I found the last bit very interesting. You'll notice that Bones avoided sleeping with the guy because it would have upset Booth. But as she's coming back, he deflects his reason for being upset by saying "I'm just here to help you pick out a guy." Methinks Bones has caught on to him and is just waiting for him to stop acting like an idiot and come to terms with his feelings on the subject.
